Detailed Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions and Interpretation

"Forwarder" refers to AUCTION DEPOT & SHIPPING LLC, located at 25A POST AVENUE WESTBURY 11590 NY. "Customer" refers to any entity requesting transportation or warehousing services. Our relationship is governed by the principles of modern freight forwarding.

2. Scope of Services

We provide logistics, transit, and forwarding services. You'll find that we act as agents except where explicitly stated. Ever wondered why transit times vary? It's often due to carrier-specific constraints detailed in our service schedules.

3. Payment and Fees

Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments disrupt the transit flow, and we don't want your cargo held up at any port or warehouse.

4. Insurance & Liability

Standard liability is limited to the terms set forth by the New York Department of Transportation and international maritime law where applicable. We strongly recommend supplemental cargo insurance for high-value transits.

5. Termination of Agreement

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' notice. We're confident you'll stay, but we believe in the freedom to choose your logistics providers based on performance.
